    Garganta de Jaranda begins at the Cáceres town of Guijo de Santa Bárbara and ends at the river Tagus, creating numerous bathing areas such as Trabuquete, Calajomero and the natural swimming pools known as La Puente, La Rehoya and El Pulguillas.

    The gorge is traversed by a large flow of water, making it a great place for a refreshing dip on a hot summer day.
